Yes, but it’s a holiday weekend & we’re hoping most people’s employers give Monday the 20th off 🙂 – Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day (we’re so thankful for his fight for equality!)

will there be a shuttle for guests from the hotel to the venue?

yes, be in the lobby on Sunday at 5:30 pm

does the hotel have overnight parking, if so how much per night?

yes, $35/night

Eastern Market is a farmers market on the weekends right, like concrete floors and all?

Yes, it is a farmer’s market, and yes it does have concrete floors that can be tough on your feet after many hours of standing… we will have chairs and tables for eating and lounging and slip-ons for dancing the night away!

What attire is the wedding?

Black tie optional-

I’ve never been to a Jewish wedding…does the couple really get lifted in chairs?!

Yes…expect circle dancing to Hebrew music that sounds like it’s from the old country. Spinning and jumping will also occur, Lexie and Alex will likely start the night with a healthy dose of sweat.

Is it going to be freezing in Michigan?

It’s Michigan, it could be 40 degrees and sunny or it could be frigid…we’d say bring a coat.

Is Winston going to be at the wedding, stealing all our shoes while we’re dancing?

Win might (keyword: might) make a cameo appearance, but will not be present during the reception for any of his sly thievery to occur.

Are we all going to be forced to eat like Lexie for the night?

DUH…
